• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

• Customers must report defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery by providing photo or video evidence.

• After verification, customers may choose a replacement or a full refund.

• In such cases, The Velvet Vogue will bear the return shipping cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items
