Refund & Returns Policy – The Velvet Vogue
At The Velvet Vogue, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and returns terms carefully.
1. Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. Orders returned after this period will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized items
Sale items (unless defective or damaged)
Intimate apparel or sanitary products
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:
Item shows signs of use
Missing parts or not in original condition
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Gifts
If the item was a gift, a gift credit will be issued upon return approval.
Refunds for gifts will be processed to the original purchaser.
7. Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
