• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

• Intimate apparel or sanitary products

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Partial Refunds

• Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Missing parts or not in original condition

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

• For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

• We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
